How it works
"The 7 steps"
1. The Initial Call
Fill out the form on our site with all your details and we will give you a call - you can even let us know a good time for a chat! We will ask you questions such as your potential budget (this is important to have an idea of), if there is any building work needed, ideal timelines for completion, type of property, plus any initial ideas of style direction you might have had (…but don’t worry if you haven’t as this is why we are here!).
2. Free Face-to-Face Consultation
This is for us to meet, either at your property or if there is building work already taking place, then a pub or a coffee shop is always nice! We want to get to know you, discuss your style goals, how you want the space to function. We suggest you might like to bring along an object (artwork, ornament or random item that you love the style of!). We will show you a collection of quality and varied interior design imagery (via Pinterest) for you to flick through for inspiration. If we need to do a site survey and measure up (if you don’t already have any architectural plans) then we will do so at this point.
3. Mood Boards, suggestions & follow up Zoom call
At LVING. we pride ourselves on providing our full complimentary interior design service for the room we are supplying for, be that a kitchen, a bedroom or home office (minimum spend applies). This includes the wall colour, the tiles, the flooring, the light fittings, furniture and artwork. We will firstly do a couple of mood board options based on the initial consultation to run by you on a zoom call to ensure we are going in the right direction. then we will proceed with the full layout.
4. Full Design Presentation
Once we have spent quality time and focus on your design we will produce final renders of your project, along with an initial quote. If you are happy with the design you can proceed to step five and place the order or if you need more time we can continue to work together to get the designs to where you are happy to go ahead with the order. At this stage though we do ask for a £250 deposit, refundable against the kitchen when the order is placed.
5. The Go-ahead
Assuming that you like what you see we will take 80% payment for your project as we will go into production and organise a date for installation with either our recommended fitter or your own fitter, if you are confident in their work. The final installment of 20% will be due on delivery,
6. The Install
On the arranged day we will be onsite to receive the parts for your project with you to ensure all have arrived safely and correctly. We will liaise with the fitter to ensure they are happy too! You will pay them directly to ensure the best possible price but we will always be available throughout to ensure all goes according to plan.
7. The Styling & Photo Shoot
We made it! You have your finished kitchen, bedroom or home office. We would love to come and style it for some quality photographs which we will also let you have a copy of, along with a lovely free gift we know you will enjoy!
